Warranty
Our products are covered by a two-year legal warranty from the date of delivery, as required by EU law. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. In case of a defect, please contact our customer service for repair, replacement, or refund options. We reserve the right to examine the product to determine the cause of the defect.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Should the need arise to initiate a return, kindly be advised that the responsibility for shipping the item back to us rests with you, as per our policy.
We understand the importance of seamless transactions and customer experience, and as such, we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this shipping arrangement. Your understanding of this aspect of the return process is essential in enabling us to continue providing high-quality products and services.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Germany, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Damages and Issues: please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer our customers a two-year guarantee. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or defects in the product and/or packaging. This guarantee does not cover damages done by usage of our product. Refunds Policy
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
