We're currently in the pre-order phase. The information below might change as we're currently in the process of building up our supply chain network.

 

🇩🇪 Shipping within Germany

Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. The following are our flat rate shipping rates:

  • We offer €2,45 flat rate shipping to orders within Germany.
  • We offer free shipping for orders over €20.

Shipping Time

2-3 business days. Please note that the above delivery times may be affected due to high customer traffic and unpredictable global events.

Order Processing Times:

Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times mentioned above and displayed during checkout. All orders are processed within 48 hours business (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification confirming shipment. While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please be aware that there may be occasional delays due to factors beyond our control. This could include, but is not limited to, high volumes of orders, postal service disruptions, customs clearance procedures, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Import Duties & Taxes

Your order is not subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are responsible for these charges and are applied are our responsibility as a business.

We ship to all countries within the European Union

  • We offer €4,45 flat rate shipping to all orders within the European Union.
  • We offer free shipping for orders over €25.

🌎 International Shipping

At this time, we do not ship to the following countries: Iran, North Korea, & Russia.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from including when your package was shipped and an estimated time to reach you. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@luggagehook.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that our carrier, DHL, does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping fee, which is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that in all return cases, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to us at their personal expense. Additionally, please ensure that you include your order information, especially your order number, inside the shipping box. Our team will examine the box upon receipt to confirm that the item is undamaged and unopened before initiating a refund. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@luggagehook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We offer our customers a two-year guarantee. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or defects in the product and/or packaging. This guarantee does not cover damages done by usage of our product. If this applies to your product please contact us at returns@luggagehook.com.
